Course Brief Description:
This training course provides an introduction to the Equality Act 2010 and highlights the protected characteristics. It covers which behaviour is prohibited by the Equality Act and aims to help staff promote a fairer, more tolerant and more diverse working environment.
Objectives:
a) Show commitment to the Equality Act
2010.
b) Understand your rights and
responsibilities and play a positive role in promoting equality, diversity and
inclusion.
c) Knowledge of the legal responsibility.
